Love the Mobilizer 6.1! This tool is the best at getting into the tiny deep paraspinal muscles from occiput to sacrum. The smaller diameter and firmness (a little firmer and smaller than the 8.1 and 10.1) allow it to be effective in those hard-to-reach areas, such as the intervertebral muscles and the intercostal muscles. Also very effective between the shoulder blades and on the infraspinatus. Small enough to fit in your pocket and take with you wherever you go. Versatile with adjustable width. For working the lumbar spine, I like to place it on an elevated surface like a 2 x 4 and let gravity do the work. By far my favorite (and most effective) device for treating the back and rib cage muscles!

I am the owner of Simple Mobility Tools and the Mobilizer. All i can say is that if a foam roller is too broad of a contact to get into your stiff or tight muscle and joints the Mobilizer is for you. If you also would like to complete your mobilizing in just minutes a day instead of 20 - 30 minutes, then the Mobilizer is for you. It zero's in on any location you put it. I use it on my Thoracic spine and hips and can get myself moving within minutes. They are by no means Painless or mild, but do the trick so much faster and accurately than anything else on the market today.

Hello, I’ve suffered with stiffness off and on for many years. Finally, with a tough run of stiffness in my upper back I decided to jump online and find some relief. I came across the Simple Mobility product and liked the concept. I ordered the Mobilizer 6.1 and immediately noticed some relief. I then went ahead and ordered the 8.1 and that really hit the spot. I am 5-5, 155 pounds and recommend the Mobility 8.1 for the mid to upper back. When stiffness starts to set in, I just go into my bedroom, set this on the floor and relieve the pressure.
